St Moses Community Care is a registered NDIS Service Provider that offers transportation and travel assistance to NDIS participants in a convenient and accommodating manner. As per NDIS guidelines, individuals who face substantial difficulty in using public transport due to their disability may be eligible for funding through the NDIS. This funding takes into account any applicable taxi subsidy scheme. It is important to note that funding for transport assistance for carers to take their family member with a disability to daily commitments is not covered. Please contact us to learn more about this.
Our transportation support is included in the Assistance with Social and Community Participation funding as part of your NDIS plan. We provide modified vehicles that are designed to meet the unique requirements of disabled and elderly individuals for their transportation needs within the community.
